Review policy
Agents propose, humans decide
- One human approval required for any protected-branch merge.
- Two approvals for migrations, auth, licensing and payment code.
- Agents may not approve their own pull requests, ever.
- Review findings must be resolved or explicitly waived with a reason.
Branch protections
Enforced by the repository, not the agent
- main — no direct pushes, signed commits, status checks required.
- release/* — release manager approval.
- Force-push disabled on all protected branches.
Automated checks
Run before any review
- Typecheck, lint and unit tests.
- Migration dry-run against a staging snapshot.
- Dependency and secret scanning.
- API and integration suites for touched modules.
